The Swift Current Indians picked up their third win in a row with a 9-3 win over the Yorkton Cardinals at home last night.
Eros Modena had two RBI for the Tribe as every player in the lineup picked up at least one hit in the game as they rallied from down 3-0 with two runs in the second and seven runs in the seventh inning.
Fernando Pena struck out seven batters and allowed five hits over seven innings of work to get the victory.
The Indians sit two games ahead of Moose Jaw for first in the Central Division, and face the Miller Express for their last two games of the regular season. They play tonight in the Friendly City and then Wednesday night at Mitchell Field.
Both games are on the Eagle 94.1 with Full Line Ag Indians Baseball starting at 6:50pm.
