Some encouraging news coming out before the holidays as the family of the Moose Jaw Warriors, Garrett Robinson, has sent out an update on their son's current condition.

Robinson's family informing the media that the wires used to hold his jaw shut have been removed, he's walking on his own without a cane, and has been able to gain back some weight he's lost of the last three months since the crash that sent him to Regina in critical condition.

Garrett has also been moved from Royal Columbia hospital to the G. F. Strong Rehabilitation hospital and has already been talking about returning and playing for Moose Jaw next season in the WHL.
