The Swift Current Broncos have added some young re-enforcements for their playoff run.

The WHL club called up forward Ben King and goaltender Isaac Poulter at the conclusion of their midget seasons.

King was Swift Current's first round pick, 13th overall in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft. As a 15-year-old in BC Major Midget he scored 13 goals and added 21 assists in 31 games

Poulter is a second-year midget who had a terrific season for the Rink Hockey Academy Prep team in the CSSHL. He posted a 1.68 goals against average and 0.938 save percentage in 17 games.

Both joined the team mid-week as they prepared for tonight's Game 1 against the Regina Pats in Swift Current.
