It was a strong start for Team Krauchek and Team Behm at the final junior curling qualifying bonspiel.
Swift Current's Mcayla Krauchek and her rink stole a 9-7 win last night to begin their tournament in Outlook.
Despite surrendering four points in the 4th end, Team Krauchek was able to steal a total of five points throughout the match.
Krauchek will now take on Team Murray this morning at 9:30am.
Meanwhile on the men's side Team Behm, which features Swift Current's Daiten Greenway and Brendan Ross, began their tournament last night with a 12-8 extra end win over Team Dales in Rosetown.
After giving up a steal of one in the tenth end to tie the game, Team Behm came back strong in the extra end to score four and the win.
Team Behm's next opponent will be Team Williamson, who they will take on at 1:00pm this afternoon.
