They've played 180 minutes of AAA Midget Hockey in the last 3 days and it may have finally caught up to them.

The Home Hardware Legionnaires suffered a 4-1 loss at the hands of the Prince Albert Mintos last night in a game where they could only muster 18 shots on goal.

Tim Vanstone notched the only Legion goal while Kyler Beckett saved 33 of the 37 shots he faced.

The loss was Swift Current's first in four games and they continue to sit in 6th in their league standings, just 4 points behind the Tisdale Trojans.

The marathon of hockey doesn't end just yet for the the Legionnaires who host the Regina Pat Canadians tonight at the Credit Union I-Plex. Puck drop is at 8:00 PM.
