The Home Hardware Midget Legionnaires dropped their first two games of the season over the weekend.

They lost the opener 6-2 in Moose Jaw Saturday, and then suffered an 8-3 setback to the Saskatoon Contacts yesterday.

Meanwhile, The Diamond Energy Female Midget Wildcats beat the Battlefords 4-2 in pre-season action this weekend. They'll start the regular season next Saturday night at home against Saskatoon.
