The Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires opened the regular season with a 4-2 loss to the Notre Dame Argos on the road.

     Dayton Reinboldt and Trent Winzer scored for the Legionnaires, while Jay Hudon made 27 saves in the loss.

     They play a weekend set in Yorkton on Saturday and Sunday.

     Their home opener is October 3rd against Tisdale.
