Broncos prospect Wyatt Sloboshan had an assist for Saskatoon and was happy with their game.

"We had a lot of odd man rushes we could of scored on. We have been on a little slump with our scoring but we got it back now."

There were positives to build on for their key games against the Saskatoon Blazers on the weekend.

Post-game interview with Dale Vossen

"We got to come and play the Blazers like that and I firmly believe if we play the Blazers like that we will get four points this weekend and I don't think I'm dreaming here and I don't think the guys are dreaming," said Legionnaires Coach Dale Vossen. "I thought we played a pretty good hockey game. We broke down a couple times and against a good skilled hockey game they score goals and they cashed in. Our goal tending was very good, our defence was very good, I thought we played them man to man better then anybody we have this year."

The Legionnaires are seven points behind the Blazers for the final Midget AAA playoff spot with ten games to play.
