Jarrett Gerlach had a pair of goals for the Home Hardware Midget AAA Legionnaires, but they fell 8-5 to the Regina Pat Canadians at the Credit Union iplex Tuesday night.

Bryce Hall, Connor Odelein and rookie Keegan Randell also scored for Swift Current, who held a 4-3 lead after 40 minutes before the Pat-C's added five goals in the final frame, including two in the first two minutes of the third to get ahead.

Goaltender Caleb Lumbard made 22 saves as the Legionnaires outshot Regina 34-30.

The Legionnaires visit the Beardy's Blackhawks and the defending Telus Cup Champion Prince Albert Mintos this weekend.
