The Evans Brothers Home Hardware Legionnaires were swept out of Saskatoon with a 7-2 loss to the Contacts on Saturday, and a 5-2 loss to the Blazers on Sunday.

Josh Stang and Brody Doepker scored Swift Current's goals on Saturday, while Doepker and Keenan Lugt scored on Sunday. The Legionnaires are off until Saturday night, when they host the Prince Albert Mintos.

The K-Motel Midget Hurricanes completed a four-game in four-day stretch, and extended their unbeaten streak to 17 games with a 6-1 win over Weyburn on Saturday, and a 7-3 win over the Notre Dame Bantam Hounds on Sunday. The Hurricanes also tied the Regina Vics, whom they lost their last game to on November 22nd, 2-2 on Friday in the Queen City.

Swift Current will have another busy weekend with a road game in Moose Jaw on Thursday, and two home games against the Lumsden/Bethune Lions on Friday and Saturday. The Hurricanes will then travel to Estevan on Super Sunday for the second game of their two-game total point 2nd-round provincial playoff series, which the Hurricanes lead 7-1 after game one on Thursday.

The SWT Pee Wee Broncos finished first in their pool at a tournament in Regina this weekend, but were eliminated with a 5-0 playoff loss to the Semiahmoo Ravens. The Pee Wees wrap up their provincial playoff series in Weyburn on Thursday night, where Swift Current holds a 6-4 lead after game one, and then host Moose Jaw next Saturday.

The Tarpon Energy Atom Broncos swept two home games against Moosomin, winning 5-2 on Saturday and 4-3 on Sunday. They have road games in Estevan next weekend.
