The WHL is off, but it's still a busy weekend for local hockey.

     The K-Motel Midget Hurricanes pounded the Regina Wild 10-2 last night, and they will play the Wild again this afternoon at 2:15 at the Fairview Arenas.

     The Diamond Energy Female Midget Wildcats defeated Saskatoon 5-2 in Kyle last night.  They play Saskatoon again this afternoon at 1:00 at the Credit Union iplex.

     The Kabos Bantam Raiders beat the Regina Senators 2-1 yesterday, and will take on the Regina Hurricanes this afternoon at the Fairview.

     In Senior Hockey, Gull Lake defeated Consul 4-1.  The other Whitemud hockey action had Shaunavon defeating Eastend 9-7 at the Jubilee Arena.

     In Junior B, the Cypress Cyclones got a big 5-3 road win over the Regina Capitals.  They host the Pilot Butte Storm tonight in Maple Creek.
