Friday night at the Credit Union iplex, the Swift Current K-Motel Hurricanes defeated Moose Jaw by a score of 3-2.
In the Prairie Junior Hockey League on Friday night, the Assiniboia Southern Rebels beat the Cypress Cyclones 6-5.
Also on Friday, the Female Bantam Colts travelled to Moose Jaw and battled hard, but were only able to tie the Warriors 2-2, which ended their Provincial hopes.
The Kabos Bantam Raiders played Friday as well. They beat Moose Jaw 8-2. Then, on Saturday, they tied 5-5 with Weyburn.
Saturday night, the K-Motel Hurricanes were on the road. They walked away with the win over Moose Jaw 6-5.
The Southwest Terminal Pee Wee Broncos won 5-3 and 7-2 over Melville this weekend.
The Swift Current Diamond Energy Wildcats are on their way home after losing both of their games in Shattuck yesterday, 2-0 and 6-0.
