Two southwest rinks will soon depart for the 2008 Intermediate Women's Provincial Championships.

     Swift Current's Rae Thomson rink and Eastend's Val Bidaux rink will begin play at the Provincial event in Weyburn on Thursday afternoon.

     The Thomson rink includes Chelsey MacBurney, Tamara Quinton, and Tina Fisher.  The Bidaux rink is made up of Dawn VanSandt, Wendy Kabrub, and Heidi Topham.

     The Provincial event features 14 rinks in total.
