The Swift Current Rampage Novice and Bantam Lacrosse Teams will be attending the Floorbusters Memorial tournament in Lethbridge this weekend, and there are some high expectations from the novice squad.
"I'm hoping with all of the hard work we put in so far this season, there's really no reason we shouldn't go home with a gold medal," said novice team coach Brandon Wessner.
The novice team is 6-and-0 in league play this year while the Bantam team is 2-and-4.
The three-day tournament began on Friday and wraps up on Sunday.
