A new crop of 16-year-olds is doing their best to make the Swift Current Broncos this season.

As training camp continues many eyes are on the likes of Dillon Heatherington, Bobby Zinkan and Swift Current's own Zac Mackay as they try to crack the Broncos roster for the first time.

Coach and General Manager Mark Lamb says any sixteen year old has to prove they would be able to play a consistent shift, and Mackay intends to do his best to prove he can.

Mackay also attended the recent Midget AAA Home Hardware Legionnaies camp. He was impressed by the talent level at the camp, but is concentrating on making the Broncos for now.

Camp continues with on-ice sessions this morning, and there are games at 4:00pm and 6:00pm today.
