The Gull Lake Lions and Maple Creek Redmen have advanced in High School 9-Man Football, after weekend wins.

     The Lions used home-field advantage to rally back in the third quarter against Caronport, for a 40-22 win.  Meanwhile, the Redmen won a shootout-type game, with a 48-42 win over Lumsden.  

     They will now both play in Provincial 9-Man Quarter Final games this coming weekend. 

     In other high school football action, the Comp Colts' football season came to an end with a 40-31 loss to Moose Jaw Vanier in the first-round playoff game.
