Brycen Martin, seen here at Swift Current Broncos training camp, was selected 2nd Overall by the team in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.

 

 

 

A Swift Current Broncos prospect will represent Canada at the first-ever Youth Olympic Winter Games.

Brycen Martin was one of six WHL prospects and 17 players born in 1996 named to the roster for the Canadian men's hockey team at the games.

The defenceman was selected second overall by the Broncos in this year's WHL Bantam Draft. Martin is currently playing midget hockey with the Calgary Buffaloes.

The Youth Olympic Winter Games will be held in Innsbruck, Austria, January 13 to 22.
