The Swift Current Midget Indians begin their season today.

     The Midget Tribe hosts the Moose Jaw Canucks at 1:00pm today at Mitchell Field.

     Coach Doug Judeish says they've battled some weather issues early in the pre-season, and they know the opening couple of games will be a process.

     Judeish says speed, defense, and some veteran pitching will make them competitive.
