A weekend split for the Swift Current Midget 'AAA' Indians in league play.
Swift Current hosted the Saskatoon Cubs for a pair of games, losing the first game before taking the back-half.
In the opening game, Saskatoon broke open what was a pitcher's duel in the top of the fifth.
With Swift Current leading 1-0, the Cubs offense broke out withe a four run inning to take a 4-1 lead.
The Tribe responded with one in the bottom of the sixth, however that was as close as they would get, falling 4-2.
In game number two, the Indians managed to bounce back and score a 3-2 win.
Trailing 2-1, Swift Current scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth, taking a 3-2 lead into the final inning.
Devon Schultz, who went 1.2 innings, slammed the door shut on the Cubs, securing Swift Current their 10th win of the season.
