They're a AA team in a AAA league, but they aren't playing like it.

The Swift Current AA Midget Indians are tied for second in the SPBL with a 5-4 record.

Indians Head Coach Neil Hogg believes their success hinges on pitching.

"When it's on we're a pretty tough team," Hogg said. "Defensively we play well and get key hits. When the pitching is off then everything seems to be off."

Coming off an impressive outing versus the Sasktoon Giants, Kade Behm will take the mound for the Indians tonight against the Regina Mets.

"The last time out he went in and pitches a really good game," Hogg said. "I'm hoping to get the same performance out of him agian. We're just hoping the weather stays nice, the wind stays down and we will have a good night for ball."

The game begins at 6 PM at Kinsmen Field.
