There are 9 games in the NHL tonight including Stewart Valley's Travis Moen and the Montreal Canadiens hosting the Florida Panthers.

The Habs are looking for a grittier effort against the Panthers after a 2-1 loss to Toronto last Saturday.

"We were too easy to play against," said Stewart Valley's Travis Moen. "We've got to be a physical team. Not just being physical on the body but on the puck too. Tenacious on the puck and not losing any battles that way either. I think we're going to come out with a strong effort tonight."

With a shortened season Moen realizes they can't get behind the 8-ball.

"You don't want to lose too many in a row because you could be out of a playoff spot pretty early," Moen added. "Our focus is just one game at a time... tonight go out there and just try to get the 2 points."

Elsewhere, Shaunavon's Braydon Coburn and the Philadelphia Flyers visit New Jersey, former Bronco Ian White and the Detroit Red Wings host former Bronco Cody Eakin and the Dallas Stars, Aneroid's Patricl Marleau and the San Jose Sharks are in Edmonton, former Bronco Paul Postma and the Winnipeg Jets are in Washington, Tampa Bay visits Carolina, Chicago hosts St. Louis, Minnesota is home to Nashville and Colorado hosts the defending Stanley Cup champion LA Kings.
