Jordan Papirny made 31 saves as his Brandon Wheat Kings topped the Swift Current Broncos 4-1 on Friday night.

He turned aside at least a handfull of shots from both Jake DeBrusk and Jon Martin in maintaining a lead the Wheat Kings built with three first period goals.

Brandon didn't have any single player with more than a point as Tim McGauley, Duncan Campbell, James Shearer and Tyler Coulter scored their goals.

Arthur Miller had the lone goal for the Broncos in what was his first in the WHL.

Travis Child made 29 saves for Swift Current in a losing cause.
