The Swift Current Pee Wee Rampage lacrosse team earned a provincial silver medal over the weekend at Pee Wee Box provincials in Estevan.
The provincial tourney started out with a 7-7 tie with the Regina Outlaws.
Swift managed three straight wins after that en route to the provincial final.
They handily beat the Yorkton Fighting Pikes 14-6, quadrupled up the Estevan Voltz 8-2, and edged the Prince Albert Outlaws 7-6.
The final brought a rematch with the Regina Outlaws, although the same close contest couldn't be duplicated.
The Pee Wee Rampage fell 10-1, with the lone goal coming in the first period on a shot from Liam Rayner and an assist by Riley Schafer.
Kade Stringer finished the tourney as the Rampage's leading scorer, racking up 12 points (5 G, 7 A) over the five-game span.
Rayner and goalie Davan Krogsgaard were both named to the Pee Wee All-Star team.
