Former Saskatchewan Roughrider Geroy Simon was the guest speaker for the 2014 Field of Dreams dinner

Another CFL legend will headline the 2015 Swift Current Indians Field of Dreams fundraising dinner next month.

Canadian Football Hall of Famer and four-time Grey Cup Champion Mike "Pinball" Clemons will be the guest speaker at the dinner, set for February 28th at the Legion Hall. Clemons played for 12 seasons with the Toronto Argonauts, setting numerous team records, and was the head coach of the Argos from 2000 to 2007. He is also well-known as an author, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, and is currently the vice-chair of the Argonauts.

The Field of Dreams has been a major supporter of the Indians ball club for sixteen years, raising money for the light standards and new seating at Mitchell Field and new uniforms and equipment for the team.

The dinner will also include cocktails and a live and silent auction. Tickets are $70 each or $500 for a table of eight, and are available by calling Brad Woods at 306-772-0471.
