The Kabos Bantam Raiders suffered a tough 11-2 loss to Moose Jaw at the Fairview Arenas Thursday night.
Tanner Kendall and Hunter Lamb each had a goal and an assist for the Raiders, with JC Knight adding a helper. Brad Nyen and Brandon Wiebe combined for 38 saves as Moose Jaw outshot Swift Current 49-29.
The Raiders host Estevan in their next game on Saturday afternoon.
In minor hockey action tonight, the K-Motel Midget Hurricanes head to Moose Jaw to start another four-game in four-day stretch. The Hurricanes, who are unbeaten in their last 17 games, host Lumsden/Bethune Friday night and Saturday afternoon, and then travel to Estevan to play the second game of their 2nd-round provincial playoff series, whcih Swift Current leads 7-1.
The SWT Pee Wee Broncos visit Weyburn for game two of their 2nd-round provincial playoff series tonight. Swift Current has a 6-4 edge after game one of the two-game total point series. The Pee Wee Broncos will host Moose Jaw Saturday for a league game at the Fairview.
