The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced they have agreed to terms with import defensive back Karl Paymah and non-import defensive lineman Renaldo Sagesse.  Financial details of the agreements were not released.

Paymah (6’0 – 195) comes to the Riders having spent the last six seasons in the National Football League.  Originally drafted by Denver in the 3rd round (76th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft, the defensive back appeared in 130 career games split between the Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, and most recently the Houston Texans.  Prior to going pro, Paymah played four seasons at Washington State.

Sagesse (6’4 – 289) was originally drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 4th round (25th overall) in the 2011 CFL Draft.  Prior to that, the Montreal native was a four year letter winner at the University of Michigan where he appeared in 35 career contests for the Wolverines recording 16 tackles and three tackles for loss.
