The proposed new stadium for the Riders

The Saskatchewan Roughriders could have a new home in the next five years.
The Roughriders could move from Mosaic Stadium as early as 2016 after Regina city council approved the basics of a $1-billion inner city redevelopment plan. It includes a new home for the CFL team.
The 15-year plan covers more than 21 hectares near Regina's downtown.
