The Saskatchewan Roughriders started the season hot... but since then they've lost their way with four straight losses to drop their record to 3-4.
The offensive line had a rough day in their loss to the BC Lions last week and lots of that had to do with the absence of centre Dominic Picard.
He's been back practice this week and says he's feeling great coming off a lower body injury that kept him out last week.
"Honestly it's been fun being back with the guys, just being back doin what I'm doin, so it feels good, I'm gonna try again tomorrow and we'll see what's going on." Picard said feeling strong about his recovery.
Head coach Corey Chamblin said they are making some progress and he hopes things will turn around.
"There's a lot of good things we're doing, we don't have the mark of a losing team that's so bad you can't even stand it, this is a team that's getting better and I think they know that." Chamblin said.
The Riders try to stay out of the West Division basement as they take on the matching 3-4 Calgary Stampeders today at 1:00pm.
