Green is the colour, indeed.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders had their Annual General Meeting yesterday, where they announced the team made a record profit of $1.7 million.

The windfall comes in part from last year's successful season on the field, including eight sellouts, a home playoff game, twelve wins in the regular season, and a Grey Cup Championship.

The operating revenue last year also exceeded $22 million, topping the previous record of $15 million.
