The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced today that they have signed import linebacker Daren Stone, import defensive lineman Mick Williams, non-import running back Nathan Riva and non-import wide receiver Bogdan Raic to contracts.

Stone was originally drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2007 NFL Draft and also spent time with Baltimore.

He appeared in eight regular season games last year with the Calgary Stampeders and had 18 tackles and nine special teams tackles.

Williams comes to the Roughriders after stints with the NFL’s Chicago Bears and New York Jets in 2010.

Riva spent the previous four seasons in the CIS with the University of Western Mustangs.

Last year as a senior he carried the ball 92 times for 568 yards and 9 touchdowns.

Raic signed with the Riders after playing his collegiate career with the Ottawa Gee Gees in the CIS.

Last year as a senior he recorded 497 receiving yards on 25 receptions.

As Canadian undrafted players, Riva and Raic will not count against the 75 man training camp roster.
