In Sunday's NHL action, former Bronco Aaron Rome had his best game as a pro as he scored a goal and added two assists in Vancouver's 4-1 win over the New York Islanders. Former Bronco Dale Weiss was held off the score sheet for the Canucks. Former Broncos Coach Dean Chynoweth is an assistant with the Islanders.

Shaunavon's Braydon Coburn potted his first goal of the season as Philadelphia downed Florida 3-2. Chicago doubled up Edmonton 6-3 and Minnesota beat Anaheim 3-2.

On Monday night, Stuart Valley's Travis Moen and the Montreal Canadiens take on Buffalo.

It is also Hall of Fame night as Joe Nieuwendyk, Ed Belfour, Doug Gilmour and Mark Howe are officially inducted into hockey's hall of legends.
