#17 Adam Lowry in action vs. Russia in last night's super series game.


In the final game of the Subway super series last night Russia defeated the WHL in dramatic fashion in front of 4,630 fans at Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw.

The Russians scored four straight 3rd period goals to clinch the come from behind win. Swift Current Broncos Forward Adam Lowry was on the roster for team WHL. Although Team WHL lost the game the CHL All-Stars still won the SUBWAY Super Series title. They narrowly edged out the Russians by a 10-8 score based on standings that award three points for a regulation win, two points for a shootout win, and one point for a shootout loss.

Including last night's game and the games that the OHL and QMJHL played, the CHL All-Stars won three games, lost two, and lost one game in a shootout.
