Scotties2012

Wednesday wasn't the greatest day for Saskatchewan Rinks at the Scotties.

Defending Champion Amber Holland split her two games, losing versus Nova Scotia but winning against P.E.I. Her record is now 6-3, good enough for a second place tie.

Manitoba's Jennifer Jones leads the way with a 7-2 record.

Michelle Englot failed to win either of her games versus Alberta or Quebec. That drops her to a 4- 5 record. Teams with six losses can no longer qualify for playoffs.

Each team has two games left in round robin play.

Canada faces Yukon/Northwest Territories this morning, Saskatchewan then plays the team from the north in the afternoon and Englot and Holland meet in the final draw tonight.
