The La Ronge Ice Wolves double-dipped in the southwest prospect pool during the 2020 SJHL Bantam Draft.

After selecting Pure Chem Bantam AA Broncos forward Rylan Williams eighth overall in the first round, the Ice Wolves then selected Bantam Broncos' teammate Ryder Knutson in the fourth round (44th overall).

The Swift Current product was nearly a point-per-game on the blueline during the regular season for the Bantam AA Broncos. Knutson had three goals and 27 points in 30 regular-season games - the second-most among defensemen on the team.

As noted in the story on Williams, the Ice Wolves had a strong campaign this past season with a 33-19-3-3 regular-season record, and were 2-2 in the post-season.
