The Swift Current Comp Sr Colts placed sixth out of 12 teams at a Prince Albert St. Mary-hosted tournament this weekend.

The Colts went 1-2 in tournament play, topping the Meath Park Mustangs 58-39 in their opener. Scott Joseph led the way with 14, followed by Jesse Patzer (13) and Carl Soriano (11).

Bren Medina then pour in 20 for the Senior Colts, though coming in a 59-43 loss to the host St. Mary Marauders.

The Colts closed with a 65-59 loss to the Prince Albert Carlton Crusaders. Brock Wall (14) and Carlos Dungca (12) were the lone Colts to reach double figures.

The Senior Colts and Ardens co-host a tournament this coming weekend.

Both teams open their respective tournament schedules against the Regina Sheldon Williams Spartans.

The Senior Ardens take on the Lady Spartans at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, with the Senior Colts and Spartan Men set for 5 p.m. at SCCHS.
