Nathan Horton scored the game winner and the only goal in a game seven clincher for the Boston Bruins, knocking off Tampa Bay 1-0 to win the Eastern Conference Final.

Horton's goal came at 12:27 in the third period of a scoreless, penalty-free game. Tim Thomas made 24 saves for the shutout.

The Bruins head to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 1990, and take on the Vancouver Canucks, who haven't been to the Cup Final since 1994. The two teams faced each other once in the regular season, with the Bruins winning 3-1.

Game one of the Final is Wednesday in Vancouver.
