Just like the rest of the prairies, the Western Hockey League was feeling the effects of the weekend blizzard.

The Moose Jaw Warriors were apparently storm stayed in Swift Current last night on their way back from a pair of games in Alberta.  The Trans-Canada was closed just outside of the City for periods last night.

The Kootenay Ice also couldn't get out of Saskatoon yesterday for their game in Regina against the Pats.  The Pats also spent an extra night in Swift Current on Saturday after their game against the Broncos.
