Zac Mackay and Matthew Audette each scored twice as the Midget AAA Home Hardware Legionnaires beat the Battlefords Stars 4-3 on Sunday. The Legionnaires swept their two road games in the Battlefords this weekend and have won three straight games.
Luke Grassl made 40 saves to pick up the win on Sunday as his club was out shot 43-29. Swift Current heads off to Tisdale next weekend.

Meanwhile, the Midget AA K-Motel Hurricanes beat the Regina Flames 5-3 on Sunday. They had five difference goal scorers in the victory.
The Hurricanes now have two weeks off.
Close but no cigar for the female Midget AAA Diamond Energy Wildcats.
They fell 5-4 to Regina Sunday after a 2-1 loss on Saturday. Each of their last three losses have been by a single goal.
Delaine Feil and Carley Bertram each scored twice in a losing cause for the Wildcats. Bertram chipped in an assist as well. They host Notre Dame on Wednesday.
