It's off to Provincials in Sasktoon for the 18 and under girls SunDogs volleyball team this weekend.
The team is coming off a 7th place showing at the Moose Jaw Element tournament last weekend posting a 3 and 3 record in process.
"I think for us consistency has probably been our weakest point throughout the season," said Head Coach Morgan Montgomery. "We can start and end strong, but usually in the middle of a match or middle of a tournament is where we see our downfall."
Montgomery does feel the team has come a long way.
"I've seen them really progress," Montgomery said. "From a little bit of hesitation at the beginning of the season not really knowing each other or knowing how one another play. Now they are on there and they have meshed really well. They are a strong group of girls and we're goin to have a great go at provincials."
