West Edmonton Mall played host to the 2015 Edmonton International Judo Tournament.
Swift Current's Toru Iwaasa made the trip to Edmonton to compete in the under 16 male +73 kg category.
Iwaasa faced off against 3 other competitors in his category and won all 3 of his matches on route to bringing home a gold medal.
Iwaasa is a member of the Swift Current Judo Club.
