Swift Current Curling Club has two rinks competing at the 2018 Affinity Credit Union Senior Men's Provincial Qualifier over the weekend.

In the North bracket, the Max Kirkpatrick rink will be among nine teams headed to Unity looking for a top-four finish, and a spot in Provincials.

Meanwhile, in the South bracket, the Rod Quintin rink will be among ten teams in Melville looking for that same top-four finish, and a spot in Provincials.

Both the North and South draws begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, and run through to Sunday.

Kirkpatrick faces off in Draw 1 against the Meadow Lake-based Doug Flasch rink, while Team Quintin will face Tisdale's Team Franko in their respective first draw as well.

Provincials will be held February 20-25 at the Tisdale Curling Club.
