On the Swift Current Broncos website this morning, head coach and director of hockey operations Dean Brockman announced that yet another Broncos prospect would be making their WHL debut this season.

The latest is Alex Thacker, who the Broncos drafted in the sixth round (117th overall) in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft, who is in the southwest and with the Broncos for tonight's game against the Kootenay Ice.

Thacker is at an even point-per-game, now into his second year with the AMAAAHL's Fort Saskatchewan Rangers.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound forward has a combined 70 points (27 G, 43 A) over regular season and playoff contests since the start of the 2017-18 season.

Thacker joins former AMAAAHL Dodge Division opponent Kye Buchanan (St. Albert Raiders) on the Broncos, ahead of a tonight's game.

The Broncos host the Kootenay Ice at 7 p.m. at the Innovation Credit Union iPlex.
