The final NHL Central Scouting North America rankings were released today with three Swift Current Broncos landing in the top 70.

Forward Tyler Steenbergen came in at number 70.

Steenbergen has enjoyed a career year in his 18 year old season with Swift Current.

The Sylvan Lake, Alberta native finished the regular season tied for the WHL goal lead with 51, while adding 39 assists for a 90 point season.

Steenbergen has continued his goal scoring ways in the playoffs as well, finding the back of the net seven times in Swift Current's ten games.

Bronco's defenceman Artyom Minulin was ranked 58th.

The second year Russian posted 42 assists and 50 points this season after putting up 33 points in his first year in the Western Hockey League.

Aleksi Heponiemi was the highest ranked Bronco at 26th.

The Finnish product earned the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Year, tallying 28 goals and 58 assists, while playing in all 72 regular season games of his rookie campaign.

Meanwhile, Shaunavon's own and Kelowna Rocket's forward Kole Lind was ranked 23rd.

The 2017 NHL entry draft will take place on June 23 and 24th.
