The Swift Current Broncos continue a strenous training camp down at the Credit Union iplex.

They are through the weekend and now get ready for the annual Black/White intra-squad game tonight at 7:00pm.

Broncos Head Coach and General Manager Mark Lamb has been impressed with the level of off-ice commitment the players have shown in the off-season.  "I thought the team needed to be in better shape.and more dedicated to start the season.  I couldn't be happier with how they all tested, and the attitude the veterans and rookies have brought into trainiing camp."

A lot of the battles remain on the blueline.  Decisions won't come easy according to Lamb.  "Everyone has played really well.  We have a lot of defenseman, and all the players know it.  You can tell the way they've played in training camp.  They want to win their jobs.  We probably won't be able to make a lot of decisions until we get through some exhibition (games)."

Admission to tonight's game is only $5.  Proceeds go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
