Despite suffering two losses over the weekend, the Home Hardware Midget 'AAA' Legionniares did manage to pick up a pair of points.

Hosting the Tisdale Trojans for a pair of weekend contests, Tisdale came away with back-to-back overtime victories, 2-1 and 3-2.

Swift Current was able to jump out to leads in both contests, but were unable to hold on.

On Saturday, Mattias Allardyce put the Legionniares on the board in the first period, however, Tisdale would go on to tie the game in the second, before ultimatley winning just 13 seconds into overtime.

In Sunday's contest, trailing 1-0 in the second period, the Legionnaires used goals from Hunter Lamb and Allardyce to take a 2-1 lead into the final frame.

Once again though, the Trojans would respond.

As the third period continued to wind down, Tisdale tied the game on the power-play with 2:56 left in regulation.

Much like Saturday's game, it did not take long for the Trojans to end the game in overtime.

This time, Tisdale scored the game winner exactly one minute into the extra session.

In goal for Swift Current, Carter Woodside got the start in both games and stopped 40 of the 45 shots he faced.

Ty Muench picked up a pair of assists over the weekend, while Jerzy Orchard, Ethan Regnier, Owen Ozar and Kersey Reich all tallied one assist.

The two overtime losses drop Swift Current to 8-11-0-3 on the season and leave them in a three way tie for sixth in league standings with 19 points.

The Legionnaires will have the day off on Monday before resuming their schedule Tuesday night when they host the league leading Moose Jaw Generals.
