Two Swift Current Broncos are pleased to still be on the NHL Central Scouting radar.

On the preliminary list Dillon Heatherington is currently ranked twelfth among WHL skaters and Colby Cave is twentieth.

Heatherington is pleased to have their attention.

"I extremely honoured and thankful that my name is still up there and it is a real priviledge for both my name and Cave."

It's also an honour for Cave.

"It means a lot. It's good to know I'm getting noticed out there. I'm obviously doing some things right. It's a great honoured to be listed among these other great players in the dub (WHL) as well."

Cave added that he tries to keep it all in the back of his mind.

"Try not to think about it as much as you can because you just want to play hockey. It could end up being a distraction in your head."

Heatherington talked about how he avoids thinking about the draft too much.

"It's obvioslouy really exciting so you have to take it day by day, practice by practice. You have to get into your gym and just live in the moment, can't think to far ahead."

Heatherington has 9 points in 25 games, while Cave have 13 points over 26 games so far this season.

Portland Winterhawks defenceman Seth Jones was the top ranked WHL skater.
