Two Broncos have some more hockey ahead, this time in the NHL's farm system.

Broncos' Forward Levi Nelson signed an Amateur Tryout Agreement with the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League, which is a team he played with for five games at the end of last year's Bronco season.  An NHL contract with the Boston Bruins is said to be close as well.

Meanwhile, Broncos' Captain Zack Smith made his pro debut with the Manitoba Moose Friday night in a 2-1 playoff loss to Syracuse.  Smith signed a tryout deal with the Vancouver Canucks' farm team just this week.  Smith suited up for the next game last night, but did not find the scoresheet.
