The Swift Current Broncos hosted the Moose Jaw Warriors last night on a night that only one team could find the back of the net.

The Eastern Division leading Warriors beat the Broncos 3-0.

Moose Jaw netminder Luke Siemens made 32 saves for the shutout while Jon Groenheyde had 39 saves in the loss.

"Our D wasn't very in sync getting us out of our own end," said Broncos Assistant Coach Darren Evjen, "We weren't communicating. As the game went on I thought they controlled the walls."

The Broncos have only scored twice in their last three games.

"Maybe a little snake bit," Evjen said. "But you just keep things simple. As long as you get pucks on the net and are playing the right way, you're going to get some opportunities."

Swift Current's playoff situation was not helped by the Brandon Wheat Kings winning a 1-0 game versus the Kootenay Ice last night.

The Broncos are now 10 points back of the Wheaties for the 8th and final playoff spot in the East.

Swift Current has 24 games left on the schedule.

The Broncos are in Regina on Friday.
