Despite bad weather, the Elmwood hosted the Best Western ACT/UCT Tournament on the weekend.

      Strong winds, rain, and cool temperatures greeted junior golfers at the Elmwood on the weekend.

      In the Boys' 14 and up Division, Maple Creek's Brennan Rumancik's two-day total of 152 gave him a four-shot victory over Swift Current's Mark Johnston.  Cody Shapansky of Swift Current finished third at six shots off the pace.

     In the Boys' 13 and under Division, Moose Jaw's Nathan Corrin's two-day total of 178 gave him a five-shot victory.  Swift Current's Tyson Empey was third.

     In Girls' play, Kaitlyn Blackmer had a two-day total of 175 to win by two shots.
