One down... one more to go.

Canada's women's hockey team claimed their third-straight Olympic gold in Vancouver, beating the USA 2-0 in the final last night.

Eighteen-year-old Marie-Philip Poulin scored both Canadian goals.  Shaunavon's Hayley Wickenheiser captained Canada's team, picking up a pair of goals and 11 points through the tournament.

Finland won Bronze by beating Sweden in overtime in the earlier third-place game.

The men are looking for the Canadian hockey sweep, but they will have to get by Slovakia first in tonight's semi-final.  The winner faces either the USA or Finland in Sunday's gold medal game.

In other Day 14 action yesterday at the Vancouver games, it was another medal for Canada as Joannie Rochette skated courageously to claim bronze in ladies' figure skating.  The entire country was rallying behind her, as she continues to mourn the sudden passing of her mom earlier this week.

Canada now sits with 17 medals and a record eight gold.  There is another chance for gold today as Cheryl Bernard takes on Sweden in the women's curling final.  Kevin Martin faces sharp-dressed Norway for gold tomorrow.
